The work
At Six S Partners, I translated customer requirements into Epicor Kinetic software using Application Studio, BPMs, Functions, BAQs, dashboards, and REST integrations.
From workflow to implementation
The work involved talking with non-technical users, understanding their existing processes, and turning those needs into software and automation. That experience informs how I approach product requirements and integrations outside ERP.
Production responsibility
I investigated production issues, identified root causes, and implemented changes across customer environments. I also supported implementations and Go Live events for clients including Norwest Precision, Poltech, and RPM.
